ENGINE ::: The David Bagwell-built 427 started with the factory cast block bored .060-over, filled with the factory cast crank, 11:1 TRW pistons, Eagle steel rods, a Comp Cams .580-lift solid lifter cam, and topped with aluminum Edelbrock RPM rectangle port heads that have been ported, polished, flowed, and opened up to 118 cc in the combustion chamber. The factory aluminum dual-plane, high-rise intake has been port matched and is topped with a Barry Grant 850-cfm Speed Demon carburetor.
