STEERING Original Saginaw recirculating-ball steering gear replaced with Steeroids rack-and-pinion steering gear
FRONT SUSPENSION Completely rebuilt with new bearings, ball joints, and polyurethane bushings
REAR SUSPENSION Completely rebuilt with new composite transverse spring and trailing arms

EXHAUSTS Hooker Super Comp, 13¼4-inch tube with 3-inch collectors, ceramic coated; IMCO polished stainless-steel mufflers; 21¼2-inch aluminized-steel exhaust pipes (custom welded and flanged for quick disassembly/reassembly). Custom exhaust fabricated by Dan’s Custom Exhaust, Marengo, Illinois.
IGNITION GM HEI with Hypertech cap, coil, and modified control module, Accel Extreme 9000 wires
TORQUE 405 lb-ft
Original four-speed manual transmission replaced with Keisler five-speed conversion (using Tremec five-speed transmission), with Keisler hydraulic clutch linkage and Centerforce dual-friction clutch.
