'64 Sting Ray Convertible And '75 Corvette T-Top Coupe
Here's a picture of my '64 Vette and my son's '75 Vette. This picture was taken just after we finished building the '64. That project took four years, but I loved every minute of putting this car together. We put around 2,000 miles on it this past summer, mostly just cruising it on the weekends. I built the engine to be driven on the street, but it's a very healthy 355ci small-block that's equipped with aluminum heads, roller cam, roller rockers, steel tube headers, dual four-barrel carburetors, and more.

'02 Corvette Coupe
My husband, John, bought his "Little Red Corvette" brand-new. In 2005, he entered it in its first car show and won First Place. To date, he has won six trophies. The Corvette is modified in great taste, which is why the judges appreciate it. In the winter, the Corvette is kept in a plastic bubble in the heated garage. Everything in the garage is Corvettethemed: pictures, models, signs, a bumper that lights up, and even red-and-black window miniblinds. He belongs to the Staten Island Corvette Club.

'64 Corvette Sting Ray Coupe
We bought this car on June 24, 1964, from Bob Miller Chevrolet in Princeton, Wisconsin. It is Silver Blue with a dark blue interior, with a 300hp 327 and a Muncie four-speed manual transmission (all numbers-matching). It was the only car we had at the time, but knowing what Wisconsin winters are like, we got a second vehicle and parked the Vette. A trip to Florida in 1965, Florida and the East Coast (5,000 miles) in 1966, and many trips to Chicago and Minneapolis/St. Paul over the years contributed to the current 41,000 original miles on the car. It still has its original paint, interior, clutch, and transmission.
