He was one of 48 people to pay $1,500 for lifetime memberships during the course of this 10th anniversary show. That's a whopping $72,000. The Museum drew names for three new Corvettes in three different raffles, raising more money to double the size of the current building.
Thanks to these five founding fathers and many other people, the Museum, a $35,000,000 facility, opened its doors in 1994. If you've never been there, especially to a show, you're missing out on one of the great treats of Corvette ownership. The NCM is Corvette Mecca where shows are put together by a staff of people.
