When the filter is totally dry, spray on a good, wet coat of the filter oil and be sure to get it on the insides of the folds for maximal filtering efficiency. Replace the filter in the C5, reconnect the MAF pigtail, slip the air hose on, and tighten the clamp. That's all there is to it. View Related Article
